As reported by Stephen Atubiga, a former member of the NDC, the bulk of persons who attended Alan Kyerematens' walk on Saturday, December 2, 2023, were NDC members.
He claimed that these NDC members were driven to the walk's venue by the National Democratic Congress.
Atubiga is perplexed as to why the NDC would subsidise its followers in order to show that Alan Kyerematen has enough encouragement to surprise the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

Alan Kyerematen's Movement for Change organised a swalk in Kumasi, the Ashanti Regional Capital.
Throughout the walk, Alan Kyerematen reiterated his desire to industrialise Ghana in order to provide jobs for the crowds of young people.
