The goal of the long-running operation is to apprehend a criminal organisation connected to many robberies.
According to a statement from the police, the woman was struck by mistake during the Saturday morning raid that resulted in the apprehension of two suspected members of a gang connected to many thefts. She was sent to the hospital, but tragically, upon arrival, the police declared her dead. For preservation and an autopsy, the body has been placed in the mortuary.

Police detained two members of the gang on Saturday, December 16, 2023, and are still working to apprehend the other members.
