The government provides 400 dollars to Ghanaian fans known as "blackstars" because they want to boycott the stadium due to their previous match against Cape Verd in the Africa Cup of Nations.

 










Many Ghanaian supporters who were had been brought by the government to the Ivory Coast for the 2023 AFCON reportedly received $400 as payment after daring to return home.


The money was made after the supporters vowed to depart the organizing groups due to their lack of collaborative effort and assistance.









According to their statement during a news conference, the roughly 355 supporters felt abandoned after traveling to Ivory Coast to support the Black Stars.


Notwithstanding their outbursts against the negligence, the onboard fans stated in the press brief that they have each collected $400 from the Government.
